Does the Photographer Program apply to international studios outside the USA?
Yes. We are now accepting studios outside the USA. All international studios MUST have their own shipping account with either UPS or FedEx and a valid corporate credit card for an established line of credit with Gina Alexander Inc. in order for them to qualify for the program. All international orders will be sent per their shipping account to avoid all duties and taxes that would occur if Gina Alexander Inc. would ship it for the studio. All are charges will be per US Dollar prices.
What is your estimated production and delivery time for international orders?
All orders are estimated to ship out within approximately 4-6 weeks from when order is received. Some bags require a 6-8 week turnaround due to the sewing details involved. After this point, depending on which country your studio is located in will
determine the final delivery date you will want to give your customer. Also, you will need to charge your customers the
appropriate shipping cost for your area.
Do you have sales quotas for studios?
No. We understand that there are slow seasons during the year.
What is the turn around on all orders and sample orders?
All orders are estimated to ship out within approximately 4-6 weeks from when order is received. Some bags require a 6-8 week turnaround due to the sewing details involved. All orders written in your studio will need to be ordered online per the Policy, Terms & Conditions document.
Refunds?
Due to the personalization of this service, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once order is received.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I charge the customer any retail amount for the bags?
Yes. Although a customer may see the same type of handbag on the Gina Alexander, Inc. website, your images will be why they purchase the bag through your studio. We do not advise advertising our website to your clients. We provide you a discounted cost and a 'suggested' retail amount.
Can I offer all the bags to my customers?
No. Only VIP Elite and Executive can offer the Gina Alexander, Inc. Couture Line at a discounted price. Certain bags due to market testing, may not be available for discounted pricing, but your studio can fulfill the order for your customers.
What shipping courier do you use?
All orders are sent UPS Ground and/or US Postal direct to your studio.
Can my studio submit orders for third parties?
No. A studio may ONLY submit orders for their clientele. If a studio misuses their representation, Gina Alexander, Inc. may
terminate the studio from the program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the studio written notice of termination.
Can a customer request the "Rush Service" for their order?
Yes, you may offer an additional $75 fee to the existing shipping fee for all rushed orders. An expected shipping time is 4 weeks from when order is received if not sooner. The order is placed at the front of line in production. Please DO NOT give customers exact dates of arrival. (There is not wholesale amount for this fee and is passed onto the customer.)
Can you guarantee delivery on exact dates?
No. Due to the many details that go into producing your handbag, we DO NOT guarantee an exact date for delivery.
Can the customer pay extra for Overnight Shipping or Expedited Shipping?
Yes. Indicate on the order form that you wish to have the order sent either overnight or by 2day air, and we will give you an added cost to your order to have it shipped.
It has been over 4-6 weeks and the customer has not received their order?
This may be due to the demand of services. In either case, a representative from Gina Alexander, Inc. will contact you with the status of your order. You may always view the status of your orders by logging in to your account.

Will Gina Alexander, Inc. provide templates for all the handbags offered in the line?
We will only provide the templates to VIP Elite and Executive Program which will have full control on image placement. As for the Entrepreneur Program, Gina Alexander, Inc. will be responsible in rendering the images.
Do I have to have the ability to render my images in Photoshop?
For VIP Elite and Executive Program, it is an absolute MUST, that you are able to render your own images in the templates which we provide for you. This allows all studios to have more control on how their image will look on the bag. As for the
Entrepreneur Program, Gina Alexander, Inc. will be responsible in rendering the images.
What dpi do you require for rendering?
Please create all your images within the templates provided. The templates are created within 150-300 dpi.
What type of file do you want it saved as?
Please save your images as a .jpg file.
Can I put my studio's logo on my images?
Yes. All logo placement will be solely responsibility of the studio.
Will Gina Alexander Inc. be using its own logo on my images?
No. Gina Alexander Inc. will not be placing it's logo on the 'actual' image. The logos are embossed into the actual leather sewn on the products.

A customer just received their bag/product, what is the best way to maintain it's appearance?
We suggest the first thing you do when you receive your handbag /product, is to scotch guard it. Apply one layer and then let dry. Then go back over it again with one more layer.
My customer has been using their bag heavily since they received it and it has gotten pretty dirty. Is there a way to clean it?
Yes. The handbag /products are pretty durable but does need some cleaning maintenance from time to time. We suggest spot treating your handbag with your basic soap and water. Use a wet towel and dab the dirt of the bag. Let dry and then scotch guard. Some handbag users have brought them into professional handbag cleaners as well.
